I learn something new about this web business every day. I started with the idea of a web site for Kidoodles by Kim a year ago as a complete novice. Now here I am a year later, still learning but doing well business wise. Which goes to show, you don’t need to be a pro at web design to be a success, but you do need to hire one!

A recent suggestion from him was to check out all the different ways people spell things. Most of you find my site by using search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. What I learned is that if someone spells a keyword differently, you may not find my site and miss out on our great products. After all, searching the internet shouldn’t be a spelling test!

A vision in pink! That’s our ceramic Marabou Teddy Money Bank! It’s gently airbrushed with hues of pink, aqua and lilac and sprinkled with glitter. It stands, with a fluffy pink boa around its neck, pink satin roses in its ears and sparkles on its eyes and nose. There’s a coin slot on the back and a rubber stopper in the bottom.

I think stuffing a stocking is one of the most fun parts of Christmas. It’s all about a variety of little gifts. At Kidoodles by Kim, I have some great inexpensive ideas for stocking stuffers.

I have just been looking through my past orders, and I think Room Signs are the most popular gift for the year. I did so many of them through the summer at my shows, and they continue to be a hot item for Christmas.
One recent customer ordered one each of the sports signs! I am guessing her nephews will recieve room signs reflecting their favorite sport bearing their names. Keep in mind there is NO CHARGE for personalization, so you can include as much as you want to say, given the space available. Include dates, nicknames or a special phrase.

In the past few weeks I have shown you lots of our Piggy Banks. But, we have so much more in our Money Bank category! If you are really looking for a unique bank for a Christmas gift a Personalized Money Bank is a great idea.
We have Cow Banks, a Cat bank that meows and even ladybugs and bees! This bumble bee is is made of heavy resin and the colors are brilliant. Ok, so maybe I am carrying the little piggy thing a little far, but this is the line that always got Katie, my niece to giggle as my fingers ran up her legs to tickle her tummy! And this little piggy will certainly inspire lots of giggles. Everyone will want to drop a coin in just to hear it oink "thank you!"
